dr. Hila sachs

Dr. Hila Sachs, a New York and Florida-licensed clinical psychologist. She focuses on support through the perinatal period, by fostering a safe space, guiding individuals through the unique challenges faced during matrescence, and building resilience on the journey through parenthood.

Dr. Sachs received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from PGSP-Stanford Consortium. She is also an active member of Postpartum Support International and Women’s Mental Health Consortium. Dr. Sachs has also received extensive training at Stanford University School of Medicine and The Seleni Institute, where she cultivated her passion for guiding women through intentional transitions to motherhood.
